January 3, 20123 Jan, A Special Date
January 3, 2012Today marked the first day of School. Zann starts her Pri One today ! The first three days are the bonding days with the teachers, her classmates and parents.
No hiccups. Everything went smoothly.
Actually parents were not allowed to go near the classroom premises,
but I still took a snapshot secretly.
Zann followed her Pri 3 buddy and ordered her own lunch.
The girl told me that she is looking forward to school. Ah well. I am happy to hear that.
It’s sushi-making day
January 2, 2012Just before the December holidays ended, I signed Zann for the kids Bento Sushi class.
It’s not a parent and child activity. So I left the class unnoticed when the instructor helped to distract Zann with the tools.
2 hours later…
The bento sushi were done and packed nicely.
The girl was happy with her creation. She even took the initiative to finish off the veggies.

The time spent at Jacob Ballas Park was very short. Shorter than I expected. But this time round, Zann was more interested in the plants and the surroundings in the park.I was happy that she took an interest in the plants and the flowers.
Later evening, we spent our dinner at Grandmummy’s place, celebrating Zann’s birthday in advance.
