I am running out of ideas not a good cook, and Zann has been a picky eater all the while. So I have started to scout around for these moulds and, yes I am still looking for more. Although the result wasn’t that great, she still manage to finish everything on the plate. Guess I have to practise more…

We were back in Downtown East again today. I waited for Zann to wake up from her afternoon nap, before deciding to bring her go out. I signed her up as Chicky Club member at a roadshow there. I guessed she doesn’t have much impression of KFC. While waiting for our sukiyaki dinner, she was happily drawing on the magnetic pad.

This is my second attempt.
Having this one pot meal at home is rare. Because no one takes spicy food well. But why curry chicken today? Because I have been craving for it after the trip from KL. Even if it means cooking a separate dinner for Zann.

We had an early lunch at Ikea today. Yes, we went there just to eat. Wanted to order spaghetti for Zann but it was sold out. Didn’t know it sell fast. Surprisingly, Zann didn’t want to eat the Princess cake which is her favourite. But she managed to finish the meatballs instead.

Cousin Wesmine and I decided to meet up for a lunch at The Pavilion, which I learnt that it was a new shopping mall opened not long ago. Malaysia’s shopping malls, often built big and spacious, which is what I like most. I was happy to find ELC, the toy shop I often go in United Square. They were having a sale. I didn’t waste any chance to get Zann some toys. Lunch was suggested at Crystal Jade which we didn’t manage to finish. Yes, I am happy to see my cousin again. So this time round, we chatted more than usual. We parted at 7pm, which my cousin’s boyfriend gave us a ride back to the hotel.

…Kim Gary HongKong Cafe.
Which I even went back twice. Sad thing is it’s location is inconvenient for me to get there.
Linda suggested a buffet dinner at Hotel Rendezvous. We had a change of venue when I told her that Zann can’t sit still for long. I proposed something light cos Zann has just recovered from a fever. In the end, we decided to give a try at Nanxiang Steamed Bun Restaurant. They have a wide varieties of dim sum and their small dumplings are worth a try. Although both Zann and myself were sick, the great company has made up for today’s dinner.

Today’s dinner was served on a new plate. I bought it sometime back, which I have forgotten to use. My first thought - She will sure like it.
But when I saw her flinging the fish, I knew it.
Using the spoon to tap the plate, and pointing to the dish rack, she was telling me she wanted her bowl. And It’s the bowl she always uses.
Hmm…so what’s wrong with that plate ?

We waited for half an hour just to try this Yu Kee Duck rice. *sweat*
