This meal wasn’t planned.
I need suggestion whenever I run out of idea of what to cook. Daddy wanted fried beehoon for today’s dinner. Oh well, as long as everyone is happy, I’m all for it. 
The canned stew pork pieces were for Daddy. The gravy was separated out, which blended well to give the beehoon a pleasant taste.
Zann and I had chicken nuggets with beehoon.

I love this simple meal.My mom used to cook this meal for me when I was young…it give me an idea to cook this dish for my family this weekend.

I love this dish especially this combo that you have made in the pic .. look like those bought from the stalls selling fried bee hoon with side dishes for breakfast ..
