Oyster sauce chicken wing

IMG_6366

The time spent on this dish was so worth it la. I love the oyster sauce/ gravy which I sweetened with rock sugar. Eating them with white rice was simply good. Daddy and Zann finished up everything. :D

Recipe

Marinade the chicken wing with dark soya sauce for 30 mins. Mix ard 4tbs oyster sauce with water and keep it aside in separate bowl. Heat oil in pan and add garlic (I used 3 cloves). Add in the marinated wings and oyster sauce mixture and simmer under low fire for another 25 mins. Lastly, add in the rock sugar and stir.

May I know how much rock sugar that you have added?
