So little time on a day. That’s how I felt when I was on leave today. Especially with only a few ‘precious’ days of leave left before year end. Zann was not with me. Hohoho. It’s so much different when she’s not around.

First thing first was to meet Daddy for lunch. My plan to indulge in the teochew porridge buffet fell through when the ground floor was occupied by an event. In the end, Daddy and I settled our lunch at Tang Dian Wang instead.

Daddy ordered giant ball with egg white crab meat fried rice for himself.

While I had crispy chicken in Thai sauce with preserved meat beehoon. Before that, I was thinking what the preserved meat was. Only to realise that they meant lup cheong ! It’s really not worth ordering this because the portion served was not enough for me.

Daddy’s lemon and sea coconut sweet dessert which looked like cheng teng.

And I had silky egg white and milk custard.
