There were too many things that we need to change in this flat. As much as we wanted to cut down the renovation cost, we found more faults. The reason why Daddy prefers the location is because of its amenities in the neighbourhood. (Although I still couldn’t get over the lost chance getting that punggol unit)
We are hoping to move in by end of Aug. Hopefully the renovation will be done by then.
