Date with Aunt Regina

Supposedly to be yesterday but I was afraid of the mad crowds especially the train stations. So we decided to meet up on New Year’s day instead. So our first lunch in 2009 was with Aunt Regina at Shokudo.

notes1 I was surprised and touched to receive this book from Regina. She told me she had bought it some time back, but always couldn’t find a chance to pass it to me until today.

hi Cendrine.. hope you New Year was great..

yeah the train was so packed with people on Christmas cos the roads at Orchard were closed. and i tried the train on NY eve forgetting that it’s a half day for many so i got caught in the train.. aaarggghhh
