I had a distressingly lousy lunch at SMU today. I waited for an hour before food was served to me. Even some who were before us waited very long too. The poor management made it even worse. The blur auntie who took my order earlier, told me that they needed another 30 mins to get the rice cooked ! She asked if I can replace my order with other noodle dishes instead. Wah lau.
This place is banned. I am not going back there anymore.

WOW.. 1 hr is terrible. You must be too angry to eat after that!
